YES! it’s true! everyone is a bit vulnerable in the trenches of the creative process. The only way to collaborate well is to clearly respect all ideas on the table. who is this colleen person? seems pretty darn nice to me!
I too dislike working with A-Holes! Wonderful advice Mrs. Wilson. “Please” and “Thank You” are also a totally lost art in the business world. Let’s (fellow creatives) bring them back with a thunder!
This is the best advice for anyone not just creatives. I’ve always wondered what happened to mom’s advice “If you haven’t got anything nice to say, then don’t say it.”
