When you ask someone in the design community about Dawn Hancock, you think of a risk-taking, giving mentor to students and professionals alike. Aside from owning her own firm in Chicago, Firebelly Design, she runs several other non-profit initiatives including Reason to Give and Camp Firebelly. Most recently, she's serving on the AIGA Chicago Board as the Community Outreach Chair, starting up a brand new mentoring program for designers across the city.
