		<description>Just finished reading &quot;Never Sleep&quot;. It was a great book and I think any design student would love it. Between getting ready to go to the ADC portfolio review, graduating in May, and working hard for the Adobe Achievement Awards, it was the perfect time to read about two guys who went through the exact same experiences and challenges.

Everyone should check it out!

		<description>I&#039;m going into art direction, and this is something that was overlooked in undergrad. 
People seem to forget the importance and impact that having a side hustle brings—especially in advertising—when tapping into specific subcultures. 
Having that passion, outside of your career, allows you to have multiple perspectives. You never know when a hobby you do now becomes a great tool when marketing to that niche.</description>
